This TML challenge went off with such an epic bang: 97 people joined (which made for one heck of a Zoom screen Saturday mornings).

And people got RESULTS: Joints got juicy, pain melted away, and folks got back to the active lives they want to live for decades to come. So I decided to bring this content to you, here, in this DIY program.
